AML AND KYC POLICY
- General Provisions
The following terms shall have the following meanings when used in these Terms and Conditions:
- The Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy outlines the Company's standards and procedures to prevent illegal activities related to money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
- Slotowinner adheres to international standards in the field of anti-money laundering (AML) and customer identification (KYC) and takes measures to comply with the requirements for preventing financial crimes and ensuring transaction security. The Company also considers international recommendations, such as those from the FATF, to ensure a high level of security and prevent illegal financial operations.
- The Company is required to inform the relevant authorities if there are grounds to suspect that the funds deposited into the account are related to money laundering or the financing of terrorism. In such cases, the Company may block the funds and take additional measures.
- The Client agrees to comply with international standards for combating illegal money transfers, financial fraud, and the legalization of illegal income.
- The Client guarantees the legality of the origin of all funds deposited into the account.
- Client Verification (KYC)
- Verification is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
- Before making the first withdrawal, the Client must complete identity and
payment method verification by submitting the following:
- A photo of a passport, ID card, or international passport.
- A selfie with the passport and a sheet of paper with the current date.
- Proof of residence not older than 3 months (utility bill, bank statement).
- Payment method verification:
- Bank cards: The Client must provide a photo of the front of the card, a photo of the document used for verification, as well as a handwritten text on a sheet of paper: "I, Johnson John, am the owner of the card 1234********5432 and use it on the site slotowinner.com", current date, and signature.
- Cryptocurrency wallets: Verification is confirmed by depositing funds into the account.
- Mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay): A screenshot of the wallet showing the last 4 digits of the bank card and the last 4 digits of the Apple/Google Pay token is required.
- Requirements for the quality of submitted documents:
- Documents must be clear and readable, without blurry elements or glare.
- All corners and edges of the document must be visible, without any cropped parts.
- Images should not contain edits or retouching (any sign of document manipulation will lead to verification rejection).
- The passport or ID card must be valid (not expired).
- Address documents (utility bills, bank statements) must have been issued within the last 3 months.
- If a photo of a bank card is requested, it is necessary to:
- Cover the CVV code on the back.
- Keep the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card visible.
- In case of non-compliance with document requirements or suspicion of forgery, the company reserves the right to request additional identity verification.
- Monitoring and Control
- The Company maintains records of documents verifying the Client's identity and transaction history.
- The Company performs checks of the Client's personal data against international lists of individuals suspected of terrorism and financial crimes.
- The Company reserves the right to request additional documents from the Client to confirm identity, the source of funds, or the legality of financial transactions at any time.
- If the Client uses different methods for deposits and withdrawals, the Company may request additional information about their payment methods.
- Detection of Suspicious Transactions
- If suspicious transactions or signs of fraudulent activity (including
payment chargebacks or transaction cancellations) are identified on the
Client's account, the Company reserves the right to:
- Conduct an internal investigation.
- Block the Client's account.
- Suspend all operations on the account until the investigation is completed.
- Request additional documents, including copies of bank cards, payment documents, and other supporting documents.
- Report to the relevant regulatory authorities if illegal activity is detected.
- If suspicious transactions or signs of fraudulent activity (including
payment chargebacks or transaction cancellations) are identified on the
Client's account, the Company reserves the right to:
- Company Rights
- The Company reserves the right to refuse to provide services to the Client or suspend a transaction if it considers the operation suspicious or linked to criminal activity.
- The Company is not obligated to notify the Client of the reasons for account blocking or the conducted investigation, except in cases required by law.
- The Company reserves the right to request the original documents from the Client for additional verification at any time.
- Clients from high-risk countries undergo extended checks and additional control.
- Refusal by the Company to perform a suspicious operation, including blocking, does not constitute grounds for civil liability.
- Final Provisions
- By creating an account on the Slotowinner website, the Client agrees to this AML & KYC Policy and undertakes to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice to Clients.
- In case of discrepancies between versions of this Policy in different languages, the English version shall prevail.
This Anti-Money Laundering Procedure is an integral part of the Customer Agreement that governs the terms under which the Customer opens an account on the Website.
